Thank you for purchasing from Brivian, Inc. (“Brivian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the processing, shipping, and delivery of physical and digital products purchased through our website.

1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. Any extended processing times will be noted on the product page.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, or factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Delivery address

  • Shipping method selected

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These will be clearly displayed when available.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to most countries.
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, duties, or import charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Brivian is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your selected shipping method).

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery is marked complete, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.

8. Digital Products

Digital products (such as downloads, templates, or digital files) are delivered electronically and do not involve shipping.


You will receive digital items immediately via email or account access after purchase.

9. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is marked as a pre-order or backorder:

  • Estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page.

  • Your payment reserves the item.

  • Your entire order may ship together unless otherwise specified.
