Thank you for purchasing from Brivian, Inc. (“Brivian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We strive to deliver high-quality products and services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for physical and digital purchases made through our website.

1. All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, all sales are final.
Because many of our products are digital, custom-made, or immediately accessible upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds once an order is completed.

2. Physical Products

We offer refunds on physical items only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • A product defect is confirmed

  • The incorrect item was sent

To request a refund for a physical product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number

  3. Provide clear photos showing the issue

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund to the original payment method.

3. Digital Products

Refunds are not available for digital products, downloads, templates, files, subscriptions, coaching, or access-based services, due to the nature of instant delivery.

4. Subscription Services

Subscription fees (weekly, monthly, or annually) are non-refundable, including partial periods.

You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account or by contacting us.

Once a billing cycle has begun, that cycle is non-refundable.

5. Pre-Orders

Pre-order payments reserve your product and are non-refundable, but may be transferable if approved.

If a pre-order is significantly delayed, we may offer alternative compensation at our discretion.

6. Mistaken Orders

If you placed an order by mistake, contact us within 24 hours.
We may be able to cancel the order if it has not yet been processed or delivered.
This is not guaranteed.

7. Chargebacks & Fraud

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:

  • Suspension of your account

  • Loss of access to products or subscriptions

  • Legal review if fraud is suspected

We work with payment processors to contest fraudulent or invalid chargebacks.
